Orders are handled within 5 business days following confirmation of the order at the latest, after which the products ordered shall be submitted for delivery by the transport company. For deliveries to arrive within The Netherlands it may take up to 3 days and outside of the Netherlands up to 2 weeks. Please notify Nuweland if you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks at email@example.com.
Nuweland is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Any damage needs to be reported within two days accompanied by detailed description of damage and photos. All domestic and international shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items.
All prices include VAT, excluding shipping costs if delivered to customers within Europe. For package shipments within the Netherlands, you pay no shipping costs for orders over €50 (with the exception of the Wadden Islands). For orders under €50 you pay €5.95 shipping costs. Packages are delivered by PostNL.
For the delivery of large items or items that have to be transported with extra care we use a separate delivery service. These shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the purchase. Additional costs may apply for customers outside of Europe. Contact Nuweland if this applies to you.
