Orders are handled within 5 business days following confirmation of the order at the latest,
after which the products ordered shall be submitted for delivery by the transport company.
For deliveries to arrive within The Netherlands it may take up to 3 days and outside of
Europe up to 2 weeks. Please notify Nuweland if you still have not received your purchase
after 3 weeks at email@example.com.
Nuweland is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Any damage needs
to be reported within two days accompanied by detailed description of damage and photo's.
All domestic and international shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the
buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items.
All prices include handling or taxes, excluding shipping, if delivered to customers within
Europe. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the purchase.
